Definitely a classic example of "Don't judge a book by it's cover". New and Used Auto Discount glass really came through for me. Someone broke into my car and even stole my airbag and by the time I discovered this it was almost 5pm on a weekday. Being a car owner for several years myself I was completely unaware that most if not all glass places close by 5pm. I didn't want to leave my car outside with a broken window. Out of 30 places that I called only New And Used Auto Discount Glass was able to help me that same night. Even though it was late they still took care of me. They even put a temporary glass up for me that didnt look bad at all and by the next day the new glass arrived and they installed it super quick for me. The technicians they have were also really friendly, professional and easy to talk to. The whole job was done in like 15min. The receptionist is really nice and sweet and the owner is really nice and helpful. They do a good job, but they do not negotiate prices, they charged me 160 for a windshield change and I could have done it somewhere else for 120. They do not honor coupons or discount. But the job was well done I have to say!

My car got broken into and no one else in town had the replacement glass. I called New and Used Auto Discount Glass in Brooklyn because they had the best rating in NYC. They didn't let me down and took me in within an hour with the glass in stock! The price was great and the service was quick! Everyone in the shop was very helpful and nice. When I first called to get a quote I spoke with Adriane she was extrememly friendly and attentive about getting my car windshield fixed with the holiday schedule. Great experience, small shop but remarkable performance. I called the day before about 3pm, they ordered the part after a deposit over the phone. Went in the next day after 5pm and I'm writing this review 55 minutes later with my 2014 RAV 4 sunroof completely replaced. Still can't believe it. The dealer would have made me lose a day of work and cause more grief if anything.
